Welcome to Boro Mastery. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Boro Mastery website and the digital video courses we sell ("Courses"). By purchasing or accessing our Courses, you agree to these Terms.
1. Digital products
Boro Mastery sells pre-recorded instructional video courses delivered digitally. Checkout, payment, and delivery are handled by our third-party platform, Gumroad. When you complete a purchase, you receive access to stream and/or download the Course you bought.
2. License and permitted use
When you purchase a Course, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for your own personal, educational use. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the video files or your access link;
- Upload the Courses to any public or private platform, file-sharing service, or streaming site;
- Reproduce the content for commercial training without written permission.
All Courses, videos, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Boro Mastery and the participating artists.
3. Payment and pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and processed securely through Gumroad. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect Courses you have already purchased.
4. Refund policy
All sales are final. Because our Courses are digital products delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right.
5. Safety disclaimer
Borosilicate glassblowing involves open flames, compressed gases, high temperatures, and other inherent risks. Our Courses are educational and informational only. You are solely responsible for your own safety, equipment, and workspace. Boro Mastery and the participating artists are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from following the techniques shown. Always follow manufacturer safety instructions and applicable local regulations.
6. Limitation of liability
The Courses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boro Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or Courses.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or Courses after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
